Refund Policy

Overview

Xeoz Digital offers productized SEO and organic revenue services. Refund eligibility depends on which product you purchased. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Organic Revenue Gap Report ($797 – $1,997)

The Guarantee:

"If the Gap Report does not identify at least $5,000/month in organic revenue that your competitors capture and you don't — you receive a full refund within 24 hours of delivery. No questions asked."

Conditions for refund to be triggered:

  • The delivered report, as measured against your competitors in SEMrush, does not show a traffic value gap of at least $5,000/month
  • You must request the refund within 24 hours of delivery of the report
  • Refund request must be sent to jo@xeoz.digital with subject line: "Refund Request — Gap Report"

Exclusions — refund does NOT apply if:

  • You have not provided the required access (GSC view-only, competitor domains) within 48 hours of purchase — delivery timeline pauses, guarantee clock does not start
  • The refund window of 24 hours from delivery has passed
  • You have already used the roadmap or content from the report commercially
  • Your site is brand-new (under 6 months old) with less than 100 indexed pages — we do not guarantee a $5K gap exists for new sites

Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method through Whop.

2. 90-Day Sprint ($5,000 – $7,500)

Refund policy: No refunds after Sprint work begins (defined as: topical map delivered OR first article delivered, whichever comes first).

Pre-work refund window: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment AND before any deliverable has been sent, you receive a full refund minus a $200 processing fee.

The 90-Day Sprint is a non-cancellable, fixed-scope engagement. If you choose not to continue after Month 1 or 2, the remaining balance is still due per the payment schedule agreed at time of purchase.

3. Authority Builder Retainer ($3,500/mo or $5,000/mo)

Minimum commitment: 3 months. Payment is due upfront per month. No prorated refunds for partial months.

The Soft Guarantee:

"At the 90-day checkpoint (end of Month 3), if there is no measurable growth in either organic revenue (Shopify Analytics) or organic clicks (Google Search Console) compared to the 30-day baseline established at onboarding — you may cancel with zero penalty and no additional charges."

Conditions for the 90-day cancellation guarantee:

  • You must have provided GSC and GA4 access within 7 days of onboarding
  • You must have approved submitted content within 48 hours throughout the engagement
  • You must not have changed your platform URL structure, theme, or site architecture without coordinating with Xeoz Digital
  • The cancellation request must be made in writing to jo@xeoz.digital within 7 days of the 90-day mark

Standard cancellation (outside the guarantee window): 30-day written notice required before your next billing renewal date. You will be billed for the current month in full. No refunds for the current month's payment.

4. AI Citability Scorecard (Free) & Topical Authority Content OS ($997)

The AI Citability Scorecard is free — no refund applicable.

The Topical Authority Content OS: no refund after the Notion board has been delivered. If delivery has not occurred within 10 business days of the agreed date, you may request a full refund.

  3. Include your purchase date, Whop order number, and reason
  4. We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
